Blackout Arts is one of the partnership organisations behind Venn Festival -one of the UK's most innovative celebrations of new and exploratory music. Venn is a feverishly diverse annual music rally taking place throughout venues in Bristol 's Stokes Croft area, featuring a huge collection of maverick music makers with sounds from across the spectrum.
Jaw-dropping line-ups, art exhibitions and installations, free music-workshops and it's very own RADIO VENN (FM broadcast and web-stream) display the immense amount of creative freedom that goes on noisily in the city's margins.
